- Present to a small group with select faculty.

What to Submit
Cases We Are Seeking
Cases should illustrate issues relating to decision-making, technical issues, and/or complications surrounding revascularization decisions in complex/high-risk patients or in patients with significant disease burden. We are not looking for "hero cases," but cases that show what you could have done to avoid or manage a complication.
Goal
To foster discussion and distill basic principles and best practices to manage higher-risk patients.
How to Submit
Prepare Your File
- Use PowerPoint (.pptx) format only.
- You can include still images and embedded videos.
- Do not exceed 7–8 minutes. This will allow sufficient time for discussion.
- Include a disclosures slide.
- Do not display commercial logos anywhere in your presentation.
- Include your first and last name in the file name.

Notification: Week of July 29, 2024
If selected:
- Your notification email will include your assigned group, date, and time.
- You must present the case you submitted. No substitutions.
